Hotel Saratoga

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Palma – right in the center, yet with quiet and modern rooms. Very nice rooftop pool with bar and beautiful pool area in the patio. Friendly service and fair prices for drinks and food – great breakfast. Very nice policy on sun loungers – towels left on "reserved" loungers are removed in a friendly but consistent manner, so that all guests looking for a lounger can find a spot. Very nice hotel and well run and managed. For a city hotel they have a decent outside space even so for a week stay it will be very claustrophobic I guess. The only thing I do not like are the glass doors to the bathroom where you have no noise cancellation. But that is a minor detail in the overall good experience.

We stayed here for 5 nights and could not fault the hotel whatsoever. The hotel is lovely and clean at all times. The rooms are brilliant and have everything you could want. From the shower, to the comfy bed and the large smart tv, it was well worth the money. I’d like to especially mention the staff, they would always greet us with a smile and were incredibly helpful at all times. The pools are brilliant too, and we never struggled to find an unoccupied sunbed. I’d highly recommend including breakfast in your stay as it was delicious everyday, with so many different options. The only thing that could be improved was the gym, there isn’t much equipment in there. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Palma, thanks to the hotel for such a wonderful stay.
