Absolutely outstanding hospitality, from the moment we arrived the staff opened the door and we stepped into tranquility. The service Anastasia provided at the desk was not only warm welcoming but informative. The location of the hotel places you in the heart of Krakow, steps yo the square. We loved the patio area and the bar provided us some excellent cocktails. The pool area was beautiful along with the rest of the hotel. We received an upgrade into a 1 bedroom suite, one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. We would return to this hotel if we ever have the pleasure of making it back to Krakow. I wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for delivering an amazing experience, you made my first trip to Poland memorable and I will be sure to share with anyone visiting to stay at hotel Saski!
I recently stayed at Hotel Saski and it was an exceptional experience the entire time. The staff were simply welcoming, warm and so helpful. Special thanks to Lidia and Dominick for ensuring my stay was memorable. The room, the cleanliness, the superb breakfast, added to my three night stay. The location was wonderful with everything so close, the restaurants, the shops, etc. I look forward to returning once again. Thank you for making my stay such a warm and pleasant one.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Saski Hotel by Hilton in Krakow. From the moment I arrived, the experience was flawless. The hotel is elegant, beautifully maintained, and perfectly located just steps from the main square. The staff were truly outstanding — incredibly polite, helpful, and always welcoming. Their warm hospitality made me feel at home throughout my stay. I also visited the hotel’s spa for a massage, and it was a highlight of my trip. The spa team were so caring and professional, and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. The girls who handled the treatments were exceptionally welcoming and attentive — a truly soothing experience that left me feeling refreshed.
