Service was great and attentive. There were many staff at the lobby trying their best to serve all the guests very quickly. They even helped me to receive and store a frozen package till I check out. Great service! The only thing to note is that bottled water is not provided in the room but no big deal as we can buy from any convenience store downstairs. Location is great and walking distance to Harbour City area for shopping.
100/10!! Very clean room with no bad smell, so I could easily sleep. The hotel is easy to find and has a great location in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui. Moreover, the staff are very nice and helpful, especially Mr. Jay and Ray. I will definitely come back next time.

Thank you for the concierge staff on night duty who helped us with your food delivery along with our baggage to our taxi to airport as well, many thanks to the amazing team😌 FYI if you’re taking train, do not follow Google map. Follow the exit sign in the train station. Should be exit B
