The food and ambience were fine but the service was not that good.
Visited the restaurant for kerala meals. Meals was good. Ambience is not great. There was only one guy to serve you in the restaurant. He looked like not at all interested to serve you. He was hesitant to give tissue to you. Not sure what he was trying to save by not providing tissues. Will not visit again due to the poor ambience and the poor waiter. And the cost was very high where they charged for an omelette 100 rupees. We were ok to pay if it was all good. But not. Don’t recommend at all.
We stayed here for 2 days a few months ago. Unclean, old, dusty, disgusting rooms that lack basic facilities! The air conditioning didn’t work properly. The bedsheets were dirty and stained (even after requesting them to change the sheets). The bathroom was unclean and smelly. Their restaurant is a joke, the food is barely edible. Absolutely would not recommend this hotel!
