One of the loveliest boutique hotels we have stayed in. Service second to none, with Mr. Charles and team taking care of us like family. Dog friendly, very accessible and great location to central attractions, a stone’s throw to the train station, great cafes and restaurants. The room was appointed with high end equipment, a fantastic rain shower and totally quiet. This hotel will be our new go-to place in Bern and we highly recommend it. We are well travelled seniors and don’t bother writing reviews unless something really stands out.
Outstanding customer service. Beautiful hotel and friendly staff. Very clean. Also, the hotel is perfectly located near all transportations. I highly recommend this hotel. Charles was very helpful. He made our stay very welcoming. Thank you.
Great spacious and modern rooms. The bathrooms and showers feel so deluxe compared to many other places we stayed on our trip. The location is amazing and quiet while still being quite central. Free transit pass during your stay. And every person working at reception was incredibly warm and helpful. I would most definitely stay here again.
