Very good hotel, attention to detail, cozy rooms, beautiful restaurant and delicious food (rich breakfasts), great outdoor pool and relaxation area - saunas, inside pool, etc. Very clean everywhere, nice atmosphere, helpful service, bikes included in the price. We have very fond memories and will be happy to return there. We lacked nothing.
Perfect ,I cannot praise this hotel enough .Beautiful inside and out .The staff are amazing ,helpful and friendly .So much gorgeous food .Lovely outside Pool and surrounding area plenty of loungers .Inside pool reminds me of a grotto .Such a calm relaxing hotel .One of the owners comes every day and talks and welcomses his guests .He speaks at least 4 languages .Had such a wonderful stay. I hope to come back .Tonelli brothers ,you can be very proud
Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing due to the lack of empathy from the staff. On our way to the hotel, my daughter had a high fever. I messaged the hotel in advance to ask where we could park, but received no response. We arrived around 10 PM with our child still unwell, and simply wanted to get her into the room and help reduce her fever with a shower. The only available parking spot was in a space reserved for electric vehicles, so we parked there temporarily. My husband informed the receptionist right away, explaining the situation. Instead of showing understanding, the receptionist replied rudely: “Your daughters illness has nothing to do with parking” We were honestly shocked by this response. Even a stranger on the street would likely have shown more empathy. The front office staff should be hospitable. Shortly after, another staff member said it was okay to leave the car there, which we appreciated. Still, the initial attitude left a very negative impression. This lack of empathy during a stressful situation was a big disappointment. I expected more understanding and flexibility.
