Nice hotel suitable for families. Big rooms. Great pool area. Friendly staff. Negatives: water pressure could is be better. Restaurant is overpriced with slow service.
High temperature in the room and control panel on the wall was not working. Opening the window was the only oprion but traffic jam has broken my sleep very often. Bad night at the end. Wi-fi instructions not present in the room. Only a non working qr-code for general instructions. Poor shower spout. Breakfast in the morning starts at 7am, too late in my opinion.
I’ve stayed at several different SB Hotels, and it was always a great experience, but this one is outdated. The bed is poor, they don’t even provide drinking water in the room, yet the price is twice as high as other 4-star hotels in the area. It’s definitely not a 4-star hotel—I’d say it’s a solid 2. If you want to turn off the AC, you have to flip the circuit breaker in the fuse box. I’ve never seen anything like this in a ‘4-star hotel’ before. I’d have booked something else if I’d known
