Hotel SB Diagonal Zero 4 Sup

Hotel was lovely, room was a nice size, beds and pillows super comfy! Pool was fab too, staff at the pool and downstairs bar were on the ball with service. Location was perfect, a journey by bus, tram or underground got you into the centre from right outside the hotel. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to go back!

Stayed here for 4 nights, the rooms were really well equipped, had everything we needed and was clean. Asked if we could drop our bags early and they let us check in a few hours early free of charge. We thought the price of breakfast was a bit steep but there are some bakeries and shops nearby. Very close to tram/metro stops with easy links into the city centre. During the blackout they gave free drinks and a free packed lunch which was helpful as we had no cash with us. Rooftop pool is nice and sunny.

Words fail me to describe my experience in this hotel. I wish I could give millions of stars 🌟 ✨⭐️. Wasn’t my originally booked hotel, ended up here due to wrong cancellation, but guess what? I was and still am so grateful/happy for that cancellation, because it gave me the opportunity to experience SB DIAGONAL SUB ZERO HOTEL. You guys are AMAZING, you made my birthday EXTRA SPECIAL. The rooms are lovely,view is beautiful,ambiance spectacular ,staff are awesomely friendly, welcoming and polite. They made my birthday EXTRA SPECIAL, I felt very happy and special . Oh did I mention the breakfast , LOVELY array of delicious treats and food for your delight. The SPA ,clean and nicely put together. I can go on with this hotel cos they deserve it. There’s no complaints whatsoever about this hotel. Definitely coming back with my friends
