I booked a room here for with check-in from 10 to 12. We arrived only 30 minutes after the stated check-in time, and were shocked to be told our room had already been sold to someone else. There was no prior call, text, or email to warn us, leaving us stranded without accommodation. Selling a reserved room without notice is completely unprofessional. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone who expects their booking to be honored.
Very disappointing experience. The room was tiny — no space for suitcases, shower water leaked into the room, and the shower cabin was dangerously narrow. No bidet despite being advertised as Muslim-friendly. Morning parking was nearly impossible due to shared access with a market. Mini fridge leaked, TV didn't work at all, no smart TV. Poor internet – barely usable 15 minutes a day. Strong bad smell in the outdoor area. No table to place items, limited storage for clothes. Staff had a strange practice of moving guests from decent rooms to worse ones after 1–2 days. Many guests left during our stay. Reception staff were rude and refused any refund when I wanted to leave early. Offered only a "return stay in September" as compensation. Only the food and restaurant staff were good — everything else was a huge letdown. Not recommended.
Very bad experience! We had made a reservation for two couples with three children, which was clearly stated in our communication. We received a price offer that was surprisingly low. I was pleasantly surprised, but to be sure, I explicitly asked whether the price was per couple or for the entire group. The person in charge clearly confirmed that the price was for everyone together. Although it was not mandatory, I paid a €100 deposit at their suggestion to secure our spot. After driving 2,000 km, we arrived to check in. To our great surprise, the offer turned out to be incorrect: the price would now only apply to one couple. They refused to acknowledge their mistake, even though I had everything in writing. The person we had been in contact with admitted that he had not read the message carefully: he only saw “two couples” and completely missed the part about three children. When we refused to accept the new price, we asked for our deposit to be refunded. At first, they agreed and said they would return the money, but they did not have it at that moment. They promised to contact us later to bring the money. We agreed to this to avoid wasting more time searching for a new apartment in the middle of the high season, with two 3-year-olds and a 4-year-old. In the end, however, they refused to return the deposit. Their only “solution”? “You can come and have dinner at our open buffet.” A completely inappropriate and insufficient compensation for the expenses and inconvenience caused. In short: they do not honor agreements, refuse to admit mistakes, and show no customer service at all. Definitely not recommended!
