Excellent location…the rooms were very tiny but wonderfully decorated and had everything!!!! Very Neat and Clean! Unfortunately the service is cold and lacks warmth!!! I couldn’t believe my ears when after paying a big price to have stayed there..they actually refused us another pouch of a dip tea🫢🫢🫢🫢! It could be a rule but when we are two people occupying the room, you would expect two pouches, I don’t think that’s asking for too much! And to refuse was unthinkable, even a budget hotel will not refuse….

Can become more sustainable by using shower bottles/ hotel amenities that can be refilled. Some staff at the desk were not so friendly and very inpatient when we had to ask for fourth time something that was not arranged well. The lady that cleaned the rooms was super nice and friendly.

★☆☆☆☆ Jul 2025

A year-long planned trip was cancelled due to their complete lack of response to any attempt at communication. I originally booked a room at this hotel in July 2024 for a stay from July 7 to 13, 2025. However, on July 3rd at midnight, the payment was not processed due to a problem with my card. As soon as I noticed — just a few hours later — I sent a polite and honest email asking to rebook the room at the original price, explaining the situation. I never received any reply. Not even a short message to acknowledge or decline my request. What upset me the most was not the cancellation or the fact that the room was rented to someone else — it was the complete indifference. Ignoring a guest’s message, especially when they are trying to fix a problem early and respectfully, shows a serious lack of professionalism. I had also explained that this trip holds deep personal and emotional significance for me. It was originally planned with my father, who has since passed away, and I was hoping to return alone as a tribute. The hotel didn’t just ignore a booking request — they ignored a person reaching out with genuine human vulnerability. Good hospitality is not only about rooms and rules — it’s about empathy and communication. Unfortunately, I experienced none of that here.
