Hotel Schinvelder Hoeve

Excellet small hotel in Brunssum Netherlands. 3 minute drive from the JFC Brunssum HQs. My room was on the outside terrace. Rooms were pretty comfortable. Breakfast was included, it was simple but very good. Parking is very limited in the front of the hotel, but there is plenty of parking in the streets around the hotel, there’s also free overnight parking across the street.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable room. We are very glad to stay here.

Unfortunately we turned up and the rooms were still not cleaned from the night before the owner eventually turned up from nowhere looked at me and brother weird and try to make it out it was our fault didn't even get an apology .We specifically asked for ground floor rooms as my father is disabled then had to move to a room up a narrow staircase which was near impossible for my father to climb , the next day my father was moved to a ground floor room with a dangerous step I heard the receptionist mentioned this to owner and he just said put them in there! and had to be moved again the following, No discount was offered ,although the staff apologised the owner was rude arrogant and unapologetic. Members of my family have been staying at this hotel for years as we visit the war memorial every year. We will definitely not stay here again which is unfortunate as all previous stays were fine . But the owners attitude means his lost my families business
