I've been there today for coffee and snacks. Great service. Great location. Fantastic attitude. Very welcoming. Highly recommended. If there is one staff member who is extraordinary it is RAHMAN. You might try to connect with him almost at any language.
Beautiful property, stunning rooms, great breakfast and expert service
We stayed there for a night in July with my partner and unfortunately we encountered several issues which made the experience far from satisfactory. The most concerning was being charged extra for services without prior notice or consent. When we raised this issue with the hotel with our proof, our concerns were dismissed and our follow up communications have been ignored. Given the lack of transparency and poor customer service, we cannot recommend this hotel to others.
