Nice hotel, reasonably clean rooms, the shower tiles could us a scrub as they developed that black moldy stuff, i dont believe it's harmful tho. The conference rooms are very decent (1st floor has a great vibe) and the service personel can only be described as 5/5.
We had unfortunately not a good experience 😔 We had booked a special wellness package that included sauna, breakfast and massage. And travelles specially here for this package deal. Unfortunately all things were very disappointing. There was only 1 sauna available, the breakfast was minimalist and had no good options this time and the massage was only 20 min. At the end the reception staff didn't even asked about our stay or experience. It felt all rushed and unfriendly. The only good thing about this trip was dinner 🍽
Horrible staff. Mrs Kühnert at reception made racist remarks in german, not knowing I understand and speak fluently german. I stayed for a weekend and the buffet was below average. Rooms are 2 stars at the most. I paid close to €150 per night which is way too mucb for what it had offered. I will definitely never ever stay there again.
