Wonderful hotel. Everything was amazing. We had comfortable sleep, great breakfast and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was very good and the service was exceptional. We were sad to leave. The front desk was so helpful in making our stay easy with a toddler too. Sent us off with waters and snacks. Thanks for a great stay. Can’t wait to go back.
Absolutely unparalleled quality of service- the staff made us feel right at home and pampered, and helped us in any way they could. Also the rooms...wow! I had the best sleep of my whole vacation here. And the little surprise treats really made the time here feel special. Not to mention the location- perfectly walking distance to both the train station and the city center. Unexpected bonuses are powerful A/C and perfect sound-proofing and blackout shades. I would live here if I could!
A superb experience in every sense of the word. From the moment we arrived, the valet staff, front desk, concierge and dining experiences were all premium. Specifically, Maria Del Mar was of great assistance, kid friendly and such a pleasure to be around. We highly recommend this hotel to guests visiting from out of town, we came in from Florida, USA and will tell all of our friends coming to Luzerne to stay here. BTW, there is also a great chocolate shoppe here called "Maxs", a must go!
