An excellent hotel in the heart of St. Moritz. From the moment I arrived at the train station, I was picked up using the complimentary transfer and promptly checked in upon arrival. No doubt the room is a little dated, it exudes old school charm. I had a room with an excellent lake view. Main praise goes to Segantini restaurant who catered to my dietary requirements and special kudos to Renato who was warm and extremely friendly! Highly recommended.

Hotel close to station if not carrying luggage, hotel will provide pickup and drop off Hotel reception not welcoming to guests and more interested in attending to their conversation than service Lovely old style Hotel high on hill on roundabout with great view of Lake Saint Moritz Rooms do lack style though and floor felt uneven and creaked. Shower over bath which is difficult for most people. Pillows flat however if requested staff will provide an extra one. Breakfast room big and provided good range of options. Again some staff not keen to provide hospitality services in a friendly manner

We recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share our experience. What We Really Liked The standout feature of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional service. Every staff member we encountered – from the front desk team to the bar service and dining room personnel – was consistently friendly and professional. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference in our overall experience. The culinary offerings were another highlight. Whether we were dining in the restaurants or enjoying drinks at the bar, the quality of food and beverages was reliably excellent. Even more impressive was the prompt service – we never found ourselves waiting long for our orders, which we greatly appreciated. Location-wise, this hotel couldn’t be better positioned. Situated right in the heart of the shopping district with easy access to the Bahnhof/Train Station, it’s incredibly convenient for both leisure and business travelers. We could walk to everything we needed, making our stay much more enjoyable and efficient. What We Didn’t Like Unfortunately, comfort issues significantly detracted from our experience. The hotel suffers from poor climate control – rooms were consistently stuffy and often uncomfortably warm due to inadequate HVAC or air conditioning systems. The lack of proper air circulation forced us to keep windows open for fresh air, which unfortunately meant dealing with constant street noise from trucks and buses throughout the night. The bathroom design presents serious safety concerns. The bathtub is extremely narrow, slippery, and positioned quite high from the tile floor, making showering genuinely hazardous. I would strongly recommend the hotel consider replacing these tubs, installing walk-in showers, which would make the rooms much safer and more appealing to guests. While the excellent service and prime location are definite draws, the comfort and safety issues prevent me from giving this hotel a higher rating. With some improvements to climate control and bathroom facilities, this could easily be a five-star experience
