Lovely mountain hotel with an amazing view and a comfortable service. The restaurant is excellent and the staff very well organised! We had some lovely walks in spectacular mountains and relaxing afternoons in the pool, spa and wellness zone. A place to absolutely recommend!!! 😀😀😀

We booked Hotel Seeber for 7 nights from the 22nd until the 28th of August. Unfortunately we had to cancel due to family health issues and considering the hotel states we have 7 days prior to our stay for "free cancellation" we cancelled on 13th of August (9 days before our arrival), we received no response from the hotel, then we contacted them again 7 days prior and had no response again so we had to chase them. Eventually we got through to them, and we cancelled our booking. However they refused to give us our 200euro deposit back. On their website and on their email confirmation, not once did they state that the deposit was non-refundable, in fact their email simply states "our guests can cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior before arrival". I spoke to them on the phone regarding their refund refusal 3x, and each time they refused to give my deposit back and stated that "we should've known it was non-refundable", how can we have known their hotel policy if they don't write it anywhere?! not on their website and not on their emails! The hotel clearly does not respect their guests and makes money from misleading them. Had we have known that it was non-refundable, obviously we would not have booked OR we would not have requested a refund but the hotel refuses to give us back our refund of the deposit based on "we should have known". We were hopefully planning on rebooking here once our family health issue was resolved however now we definately will be not given their misleading behaviour.
