Hotel Seegarten

Amazing hotel and experience. The spa is beautiful and very clean with great views over the lake. Hotel service was very professional and they were able to cater food for my gluten free & nut allergy requests. Only thing in my opinion that let the room down slightly was the aircon not working, tv was difficult to work and pillows were not great, however still a top stay!!

I stayed at this hotel last year. Overall, it was okay, for the money you pay, don't expect too much. It doesn't belong to the category of establishments I would rate with 4 or 5 stars. The food is okay. As for the staff, you might be used to a cold attitude, but for me, it was fine. I can't say they were overly friendly or accommodating. The spa center was also okay, nothing special compared to hotels of the same category and price range. All in all, I give it 3 stars.

I would have given this Hotel full 5 stars but unfortunately there are some big flaws which is unacceptable when considering the price of the room/food etc. 1. Constant noice from a speaker playing animal sounds right outside the window. 2. Tech in the rooms are broken and the tv department is lacking inspite of it being quality products. 3. Dont go here on a German holiday og you want service. There are one or two good staff members. The rest couldnt care of you where there because they cant handle the volume of guests.
