Words cannot describe how magical this property is. Nestled in the Polish mountains near the Czech border, the hotel is STUNNING and surrounded by never-ending forest and fresh mountain air. The staff is phenomenal, kind, and goes out of their way to make your stay better. We were lucky to tour the property and learn the history of this beautiful place, to visit the library, and to have fun in the billiards room. The restaurant blew our expectations out of the water. The vegan options are unparalleled, and the nonalcoholic wine choices were better than any I've tried in the U.S. The spa options were unique and impressive (as is the spa). I'm dreaming of returning here. We extended our trip by a night to enjoy this property for as long as we could!

We recently stayed at Seidorf Hotel with our family, and while the experience had some great moments, it was ultimately very mixed due to a serious issue. The Positives: • The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and an elegant atmosphere. • The restaurant serves delicious food, and we genuinely enjoyed our meals—at least at first. • The pool is large, and the spa is lovely—a truly relaxing space. • The staff are friendly and kind. The Major Negative – Food Poisoning & Lack of Care On our second dinner at the hotel, I got food poisoning. Out of the three of us, I was the only one who ate the goat cheese salad, and by night, I was seriously sick. When my husband went to the reception looking for basic medication or even apple cider vinegar, they had nothing—no remedies, no first-aid solutions, and no idea what to do. The next morning, I expected some sort of concern from the hotel. But the kitchen wasn’t even informed about what happened. I had to tell the waitress myself. She was the only person who showed any real concern, but management never followed up, never apologized, and never even acknowledged it. No compensation, no check-in from the staff, nothing. For a 5-star hotel, this level of indifference was a big surprise. It completely ruined the rest of our vacation. Other Negatives: • Wi-Fi is painfully slow—not what you’d expect from a luxury hotel. • There’s little to no entertainment for children.

I booked reservations on February 4th and unfortunately could not get a reasonable flight there, so I had to cancel on February 28th. After numerous emails, phone calls and THREE months, I got my refund on May 8th but only after I disputed it with my bank. Beware!
