Hotel Selection Pattaya

Good place to stay, around 5 minutes walking to go beach and not far from soi 6, the rooms are clean but the shower not have door and the bathroom will be wet after you take shower, not noisy and comfortable

Completely run down hotel, booked it in Agoda because it looked good in the photos. But be very careful the photos are an absolute lie. First room I got had a use cough syrup cup in the corner. When i complained they switched my rooms but then I found a dirty sock under my tv in the new room. I asked the front desk on if they even cleaned the rooms because they were filthy. They just said sorry and tried to get me a 3rd room but I just felt disgusted at the point and couldn’t stay in the hotel. When I tried to cancel my stay, they told me they won’t refund me the money because it’s hotel policy. Maybe have a clean room if that’s your hotel policy. No idea how this is a 4 star hotel. I wouldn’t even give it 1 star. Very deceiving, be very careful. I wish I took photos to share here but I got out asap and booked another hotel. On top of that the front desk person is laughing with her friends at reception while I was sharing my frustration with them. Literally destroyed my day and I had to run around to find another of hotel

Avoid at all cost! Rooms are in terrible condition, plastic items like hairdryer and phone are yellow like and worn in room, very bad cleaning, dust everywhere and cracks in doors and floors. Breakfast does not taste very well... Even the salad taste like the staff failed to clean it before putting it out for the hotels customers! I booked a "deluxe bedroom" for 2 adults that was supposed to have city view.... I got a room that had a view of the back of a building and a parking lot, room was also smoker damaged (the previous guests had been smoking inside the room, despite having a balcony... and covered the smoke detector with a shower hat)... Yes i did take a photo of it... Went down filled a complain.... They sent a cleaning crew of 2 people there.... One removed everything covering the smoke detector... The other sprayed cleaner on one wall of the small hallway leading into the room... Did not even wipe it off.... Just turned around and left, leaving a wet stain...i booked based on the 7,5/10 grade it has on Agoda.com and the photos found there... The ratings must be a total lie and the photos on Agoda.com looks like they were taken when the hotel once opened... But that was many many years ago and things are worn out everywhere... Even the entire pool area looked like a health hazard. The only good thing this hotel have is its location (close to the beach).... Every other aspect of it is so bad it might be one of Thailands worst hotels! Avoid!
