Wonderful place 🥰 Enjoyed our Christmas stay 💝 Special thanks for Body Lotion in the bathroom - not all hotels of such category provide such level of care. Restaurant is an extra joy and pleasure - delicious meals, served with love. Our most loved weekend stay place of only 2,5 hours drive from busy & crazy Kyiv.

Mixed feelings for the place. Very nice location, large and comfortable in the nature. Resort offer tennis and water sport, even s little beach on the river. Plenty of safe opportunity for families with kids. Restaurant is very good, service is precise , I eat one of the best pepper steak of the last years. Breakfast was disappointing, poor and very basic service. Rooms are the issue. Little, very minimalistic, full of insect (that you expect, given the location but, you also expect to have any kind of protection to avoid them to enter in hundreds).

We are totally disappointed by this place. We were celebrating a birthday with a small company of girls. Our special cake was a gift to our birthday girl. Unfortunately, the waiter came to us saying our cake can't be eaten as they think it is poisonous for our health. They took off the cake. We tried to talk to the manager, Anton, but he rejected to listen and understand us. Our understanding is any issue can be negotiated and there is a place for a compromise. But the policy of this lace was to humiliate the guests. Our birthday girl went home crying. The place is awful, totally not recommended!!! Shame for the service
