While the restaurant and food are excellent, the Asian personal is friendly, helpful and available. The hotel location is perfect and the beach is clean and beautiful. The cinema and outdoor pool are of great advantage and enjoyable. The room is old and definitely not a 4 star hotel room (2 🌟 maximum). Several hotel employees are not friendly (as if a smile costs money) and not service oriented letting feel the customer as not welcome. My 4year son got injured and was bleeding due a piece of metal on the wall. When the receptionist was informed, he even did not apologise!
This is the shitiest hotel I have been. They sell you a room as a prime even if you hear bowling or crap techno misic…
Been going to to this hotel for 7 YEARS and the reception has horrible attitude and are not helpful at all. The kids is the pool are so annoying and while I was in the outside pool that is supposed to be relaxing and kid was splashing into my face and one even swam into my butt when I stood up. There was also a lot of creepy men. The lines at the food buffet are super long, once at breakfast when I was getting bread some came leaded on my and took the break with his bare hands that I was holding. When we asked for towels from the cleaning lady’s they gave you 4 hand towels? And our room hand crumbs on the sofa when we checked in. The kids at the beach kept ruining my sand castles while I was building them and the ice cream and lemonade are really expensive and over priced. DONT RECOMMEND
