Great, well-equipped and clean rooms. Breakfast tasted good and had many options to choose from. There is a tram station right in front of the hotel which made it super easy to access central parts of Vienna. Staff is kind and helpful, they even helped us to get our lost items.
I was stay with big groups. The rooms is 8/10 could be 9 but the problem some rooms have small problem in toilets But breakfast and location is amazing
Horrible experience. Arrived at the hotel in the evening where we’d booked a smoke free room which was full of smoke. They did not believe us when we said it was full of smoke but two staff members went to our room and confirmed it. They told us the hotel was fully booked for the night so they could nit give us another room and the day after they refused to give us a refund for the night we’d stayed in the smoke filled room. The reason for this was beacuse they ”had already locked the safe with the money from the day before”, we payed by card and not cash… The best they could do was give us a free breakfast card, for one morning, not even the entire stay. Other than that, the rooms were filthy, the area around the hotel is not pleasant and the staff is incredibly rude. I will never stay here again.
