Excellent hotel with very spacious and well-designed rooms. The deluxe suite was totally worth it! The shared onsen had the ideal water temperature and was relaxing. There is no breakfast option but there are good cafes nearby. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful.
We stayed at the deluxe suite and fell in love with it. The decor is a mix of modern with traditional and the view is beautiful and super private. Played “Go” all night. We were also lucky to have had the onsen all for ourselves. And the receptionist was really friendly :)
Just all around bad experience. The AC didn't work, the hosts were unfriendly, they windows wouldn't open and I hardly slept at all. No private toilets. This is not a hotel. It's a trainwreck.
