One word: Heaven. If you come to Chiang mai this is the place to be. The suites are very spacious, clean and very nice. Service in this hotel is perfect. I would certainly recommend also the cocktails from the hotel. They are all little pieces of art by themselves. Breakfast was also fabulous. Long list of dishes to choose from and cooked to perfection.
An Amazing Little Gem Where You’re Treated Like Royalty This hotel is a true hidden gem, offering exceptional service that makes you feel like royalty. The level of care and attention is high, right down to the option of ordering extra pillows—something I really appreciated! The property is impressively well-maintained, which is quite rare in Thailand where places are often built beautifully but not kept up. The pool is perfect for morning laps, and having breakfast by the pool is a real treat. That said, swimming in front of the breakfast crowd can feel a bit awkward—but hey, it’s your choice if you want that morning swim! The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with charming balconies that are just the right size. The shower is excellent, and there’s Netflix available if you have your own account. The room also includes an air purifier, and each night you’re treated to a (sometimes hilariously strange) bedtime story and a small gift—a quirky but thoughtful touch. We also enjoyed the on-site restaurant. The high tea was not only delicious but visually stunning. Breakfast is à la carte and all-you-can-eat, with a wide range of tasty options. My only minor complaint? The coffee could use some improvement. Especially considering that "Light Brown," a fantastic coffee shop, is just 30 seconds away. If I were them, I’d consider outsourcing coffee or learning from the greats like Ristr8to, Akha Ama, or % Arabica. I was thrilled to find a side-sleeper pillow available—something I missed dearly from when I used to live in Thailand. It almost felt like they ran to Tesco to buy it just for me (which made me feel a little guilty, haha). What I mean is: the service is top-notch and very accommodating. They really go out of their way to meet your needs. (I think the cleaner may have thought we were in a fight though—see photos, haha!) I gave 4 out of 5 stars for location. It’s right in the heart of Nimmanhaemin, which is fantastic for food and drinks, all within walking distance. However, being near a busy road means some noise around the pool area—especially noticeable if you’re sound-sensitive like my husband. In the room, though, it's peaceful and quiet. All in all, this is one of the best—if not the best—hotels I’ve stayed in during my many trips to Chiang Mai. And that means something, as I’ve stayed in at least 20 different places here!
Good location. Easy to reach to good food and shopping area in a vibrant neighborhood. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Room is well equipped, with free first load of mini bar. One issue I have is the noise from the night spot nearby into the late evenings and midnight - music and singing. I complained to the front desk but they couldn't do anything. When I checked in to the room, I noticed two pairs of ear plugs in the bathroom and was wondering why. That night, I realized their purpose! Another observation is the hot water in the shower is not stable, sometimes very hot and sometimes cold. The breakfast is very good - free to choose from any items on the menu. The food quality is also good.
