Hotel Serawa Alicante

I’ve been to Alicante twice but my first time staying in this hotel and I would highly recommend. It’s very close to the beach and also close to town as well. The staff are so friendly. The customer service is amazing they really do go the extra mile. The rooms are modern and very clean. The bathroom was beautiful. Decent sized room with a balcony. I will definitely stay again

Good location, lovely staff – but cleanliness needs improvement Serawa Hotel is in a fantastic location, just 25 minutes from Alicante Airport and right in the city center, only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Explanada promenade. Surrounded by great restaurants, with Burger King and McDonald’s just down the street, it’s convenient for all tastes. The staff were lovely, check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were responsive to our requests. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with nice touches like complimentary toiletries,tea and coffee, and a bottle of water.The only thing they have missed was the toilet paper. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. The blanket had stains, and even the replacement one had yellow marks. We also found empty bottles in the mini fridge,and the sofa was a bit dirty. There were ants in the bathroom, so we kept the door closed to prevent them from getting into the room. This hotel has great potential and lovely amenities, but the cleanliness let it down. Sadly, we can only give it 3 stars for now. Since it’s a brand new hotel, I’m confident they value feedback and will make improvements—hopefully next time they’ll get everything right.

First impression of gardens and reception is lovely. Then you have a junior suite, with no balcony and no space except for a huge bathroom, bedroom felt claustrophobic. We had stained sheets and no bathrobes. The hotel has gorgeous gardens, but these stop at the pool area!! Not enough sun loungers at the pool and guests are laying on the grass on their towels. Please get more sun Loungers, you have space for them! There is no service at the pool, we asked at the restaurant, then the bar, then reception just to get some bread and alioli to eat as a snack at the pool, we succeeded eventually and it was delicious. The hotel needs some fine tuning to guest needs. Maybe the management should try and experience it as a guest. We were disappointed and checked out early.
