Hotel Sercotel Boulevard Vitoria

The hotel was great! We stayed with our cat and the location was terrific. Near the old town, the huge shopping mall, restaurants, etc. There was a nice park across the street that we took out cat to do he found have done outside time on the grass. We didn't really use any amenities. We kept the do not disturb on the whole time because we didn't want anyone opening the door and accidentally let the cat out. But whenever we needed more supplies, the maid got it for us. And took the trash from us. It was nice that the windows opened. We couldn't get the stove to work, but it was not important to us. The gym had enough equipment, but should have some, mats, towels and water available. The staff at the front desk was nice. The only issue was the alarm coming from the factory across the street. It was loud and often. Not that you guys can do anything about it, but it was crazy! After 7 days, we had enough. We did not use the restaurant at the hotel. The room was nice, big enough for us and the bathroom was huge! All the supplies were really good. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen sink needs a strainer so no food accidentally goes down the drain. Same thing with the tub drain. Have a strainer so no hair goes down the drain and clogs it up. We got the kitchen kit, which was nice, but need an extra dish towel or a dish rack to hold the dishes when drying. It would be nice if there was an outside area to sit and have coffee and if there were bikes to rent nearby (no citibikes in the city, only private rental businesses).

Highly reccomend this hotel. Everything feels of a really good quality, impeccable even, with proper hotel standards and professional service. I have nothing negative to comment on! I look forward to the next time we stay here!!

The breakfast was very good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean, there was adequate parking, and the hotel is located near a good-sized shopping centre. However, some of the equipment seemed rather old, for example, the lifts and the airconditioning, and the immediate surroundings of the hotel were underwhelming.
