Hotel Sercotel Coliseo

The hotel is situated perfectly in the center of Bilbao, so you can explore the area easily by foot (at least, we did so). The house was very clean, staff was always friendly and helpful. At the time of writing this, we can recommend the breakfast buffet! Just one little downer: The "bar" is not a classic hotel bar - you basically sit in the breakfast area, and once in a while a staff member shows up and takes your orders. That lacks some atmosphere.

I had a very enjoyable stay here. A quiet and calm oasis in the town centre. The staff were all very helpful and all spoke good English which was great as my Spanish is poor at best. Good breakfasts to set you up for the day. I would stay here again.

Very good hotel, clean large rooms, facilities of the room include complimentary toothbrushes and paste, hairbrush and other things for hygiene. Stuff on reception is really friendly, we appreciate to their hospitality. I don’t give the 5 points to this hotel because of pretty simple breakfast, boiled eggs surprisingly were cold and kept on the frozen desk, no fried eggs and omelet, there was only scrambles eggs. Coffee was not tasty
