Hotel Servigroup Koral Beach

Everything was lovely, staff, room and the hotel. The service was excellent. We found it very relaxing and parking easy too.

This town is a little gem, and the hotel is lovely, well run and spotless, my second visit and it's just as good as before.. I love the late autumn here as it's quite relaxed and chilled out. An hour from Valencia and easy access to the rail network and the motorway. For older couples or solo travellers I highly recommend a visit, a little bit of Spanish and you'll love it here.

The location is undeniably beautiful and the staff are friendly — but sadly, that’s where the positives end. This hotel claims to be a 4-star Superior, yet charges €5 just to use the gym for 1.5 hours. That alone is shocking. Add to that a €15 fee for using the sauna — and not privately, mind you, but shared — and the experience becomes even more frustrating, especially when we were promised one hour and received less. There’s also no coffee in the rooms, which is unheard of at this level. If someone wants to train early or just start their day before 8am (when everything opens), tough luck. People wake up at 6am, and there’s no self-serve coffee machine, no early access — nothing. This isn’t about luxury, it’s about basic hospitality. Then there’s the €10 deposit for a beach towel. Really? In a hotel that’s supposed to be superior? These kinds of rules seem designed to protect the hotel’s bottom line, not to make the guest feel welcome or valued. Overall, this felt like a 3-star hotel hiding behind a fancy label, burdened with rules that make guests feel like an inconvenience. For the price and the stars claimed, this was a letdown.
