Hotel Servigroup Marina Mar

We've been coming to the Marina Mar and Marina playa hotels for 20 years now and cannot fault anything! The staff, the food, the service top notch especially if you're a family. A big shout out to Wally in the cafeteria, Juan Carlos and Reyes in the animation team, Maribel and Antonio in the restaurant, just to name a few, but cannot fault any of the team at the Marina Mar. See you next year without fail!!

A dated hotel, pools are saltwater, no entertainment in English but rooms and towels clean ever day, breakfast has a great selection, free parking although sometimes very very full. Plenty of sun beds especially between 15:00-17:00, siesta time, nothing much outside of hotel a bus or car trip to restaurants and bars, beaches close with lifeguards. In all a decent hotel if you are willing to drive.

I thought the service in the hotel was absolutely first class. All the members of staff that I had any dealing swith were very helpful and very kind to me, my wife, and my two daughters. It is good to see that the traditionla values of customer care are very much alive in this hotel. I had a slight problem with a shower head and the toilet in our room and reported it to the reception in the morning on the way to breakfast. When I came back to the room after breakfast an hour later, both had been fixed. I especially liked that this was a very family orientated hotel with lots of entertainment for kids and the adults, the evening shows were always a good way to end the day and relax even more. I have already recomended this hotel to my parents and brothers, maybe for next year.
