Beautiful stay, beautiful hotel, with a couple of drawbacks. The hotel itself is situated in what can only be described as one of the most stunning landscapes of southern europe. It offers spaceous rooms, friendly staff, modern equipment, and an absolutely stunning seaside/mountain view. The entire decor, layout, and design of this marble speaks of good taste and thoughtful design. Its secluded nature and accessibility via public transport (a 25-minute walk from the tram station) make it ideal for those seeking a quiet retreat away from major tourist centers. However, this also means reliance on the on-site restaurants. Prices are steep, and we only tried the slightly cheaper "Bar" due to the high restaurant prices and limited service hours. The meal quality was sadly mediocre, below what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The Bar's menu is extremely limited, with about five hot meal options and a few salads, and no vegetarian choices. Another issue was the nudist beach. While we have no problem with a nudist beach, the male guests' lingering stares were uncomfortable. However, the gender ratio was more balanced during the day.
