Hotel Servigroup Nereo

Great stay at this lovely hotel. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Staff all friendly and helpful. Facilities are great. Overall I could not fault my stay here. Would be more than happy to return.

we were there for five nights at the end of April for my nephews stack party, the pool is great as it is heated at that time of year, the location is good for the Brit strip but not too close. The breakfast is fantastic. Everything is fresh and hot which you don’t find often in hotels.

I have stayed at the Nereo several times over the years. It’s always my first choice. The hotel is lovely, spotless, great staff and located in a nice part of Benidorm. Our stay this time was great, as usual. I would have given the rating 5 stars except on our last morning we were being picked up early at 7am. We were told there would be a continental breakfast available. Sadly all this consisted of was toast, cereal and biscuits. The milk was boxed for your tea. Hardly a continental breakfast! Disappointed as we had paid for a breakfast. It certainly doesn’t put us off staying again. I just hope servigroup take on board customers reviews and add a better choice.
