Hotel Servigroup Trinimar

Excellent service. Staff very attentive, knew their jobs well and were constantly working without distraction. Even the animation team gave 110%. HR deserve a gold medal, as does the restaurant. The food was to a high standard and the presentation was excellent. I state this all within quality/price ratio. Just please modify the lighting in the restaurant and lounge- too harsh!

We only stayed one night in the hotel, but everything experienced was delightful. We stayed in the hotel after check-out at 12pm. Then the receptionist kindly called a taxi for us, tried multiple taxi stations to succeed. I recommend you to call or ask for call a taxi sooner.

The service, food, location, quality was excellent, however my stay was ruined by a very noisy room, the music from the bar meant I was not able to relax or go to sleep until after midnight when the music stopped. I was offered another room on my 4th night at the back of the hotel, which was dark, smelt and in need of some improvement. I turned this down. This is a real shame as my room was in a lovely location overlooking the pool and with a sea view, however because it was directly over the bar, the noise made it unpleasant. There was also a large group of around 40 teenage boys staying, they were nice but noisy, taking over the pool area and restaurant which made it feel overcrowded, noisy and chaotic, they left on my fourth day and this changed the whole experience for the better.
