Uninspiring but it does things professionally. Take note, check out is 11am, not 12 noon.

Stayed there while on business trip. Has a gym and a restaurant which is nice. Internet is too slow for some apps. My room was spacious but could not open the windows, mattress is too soft, and shower curtains were too old therefore dirty. Bed not attached and moving, super weird. No coffee or tea or water in the room. Plastic glasses … it’s 2025 come on guys. Walls are like paper, you hear everything from room to room, which is not nice at all. Service is good enough. Nice breakfast, nice terrace. Restaurant is Too expensive. 14€ for a bottle of San pelligrino, weird. Nothing to do around

Avoid this hotel. I wanted to cancel due to having Covid and not wanting to spread this virus to guests at the hotel, I asked can I rebook. The hotel did not want to rebook and charged me for cancellation. The hotel are happy customers turn up and spread viruses, as long as they get the money. I had to pay a cancellation charge, and the staff are very unhelpful. Better hotels around the Sint- Niklaas area, Ibis is a better location, in the centre, and hotel Beveren is a cleaner more welcoming hotel. I have used this hotel for 18 years and will never use again.
