Hotel Sfax Centre

Stayed here as we ventured to El gem and tattooine from Tunis. Good mid way spot. Very comfy bed, clean room, great staff, and the food in the restaurant was excellent.

This is literally the worst hotel I ever stayed at, counting 3*. How can Radisson fall so low and why it is considered 5* is a mystery. Overall it looks good - nice rooms, modern design, swimming pool, promised amenities. In reality, nothing was working. - AC was switching off every night, and one morning it wouldn’t start / were there in June so you can imagine the room was uninhabitable until they fixed it 5 hours later.. - wifi in the room was not working (we were 2 separate parties on 2 different floors with the same problem). I repeatedly asked to fix it, and they tried, and failed. - TV was not working - Safe not working - missing items in the room: robes, cups, spoons, coffee.. nobody did anything to fix that even after I asked. and yes, I did tip the roomservice. - shower flooding the room - “city view” was of a junkyard - Breakfast was ok but they failed to have hot water for the tea every morning And when I complained, they just copy-pasted the same standard “we are sorry we will improve” answer they post on every review site. I can’t believe this is marketed as business hotel if I have to sit work at the reception because I have no AC or wifi. And for the price they are charging you can stay literally anywhere else in Sfax. Avoid this establishment if you can! P.S. I tried to get a compensation through the booking site, and they contacted the hotel but weren’t able to get anything.

I had basic expectations for the Radisson, but unfortunately, my stay was a complete letdown. The rooms have no air conditioning, however on their webpage and hotel information they promote air conditioning. When we asked for the general manager the receptionist refused to give the name and informed us that he is not available. The pool water is dirty and not maintained and in the restaurant for dinner most items of the menu are out of stock. Really bad experience!! ⚠️AVOID THE HOTEL, THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING🚫‼️
