I travel to India often to visit my husband’s family, and every single time I come, I always book at Hotel Shanti Palace. From my very first trip to India, this hotel has felt like home. As an American traveler, I can honestly say this is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at in India. It’s quiet, comfortable, and most importantly—safe. I’m a smoker, and one of the things I truly appreciate is that they offer smoking-friendly rooms, which can be hard to find. The entire atmosphere of the hotel is relaxed, and I always feel well taken care of. The staff here are incredibly kind and accommodating. Whether it’s a late check-in, help with luggage, or just a friendly greeting, they go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. I even happened to be staying here during an earthquake, and the way the staff handled the situation—making sure guests were safe and informed—was nothing short of amazing. The food here is another highlight. I’ve enjoyed both mini-breakfasts and full dinners at the hotel, and one of my most cherished memories in India happened here. During one dinner, a man was singing on request, and my husband asked him to sing a love song for me. He did—and it was beautiful. It’s one of those unforgettable moments that stays with you forever. Now, to be fair, this isn’t a modern luxury hotel. It’s not shiny and new, and yes, it could use some touch-ups in terms of hygiene and upkeep. The rooms are a little outdated, but they are clean, functional, and cozy. If you’re someone who needs brand-new everything or is super particular about appearances, it might not be for you. But if you value comfort, kindness, and feeling truly welcome, this place is unbeatable. In short: safe, friendly, welcoming, and full of heart. I truly can’t recommend Hotel Shanti Palace enough.

Good location few minutes from all three airports terminal 1:2:3. Inner rooms had dark ambience with no sunlight access, therefore keep alarm. Food prices are premium but bikaner is nearby. Just walking distance from Highway easy to move both the direction with Delhi or Gurugram.

Ordering food from the restaurant was a frustrating experience; it consistently took half an hour or more to receive it. The in-room service was equally disappointing, as service operators often failed to pick up calls. After several attempts, I had to contact reception to get my requests fulfilled. The staff's attitude was the most concerning aspect of my stay. When I addressed these issues with the manager, I found him to be extremely arrogant and lacking in professionalism. His behavior was unkind and resembled street-level intimidation rather than the conduct one expects in hospitality. Unfortunately, despite the good quality of the rooms, the hotel's service issues overshadowed the experience. I would not recommend this place to those expecting courteous and efficient service.
