Hotel Shipka

I would like to share detailed and heartfelt feedback about the hotel where I stayed for nearly three weeks with my child and my father. Of course this is not the 5 stars hotel but the price is also not so expensive. What truly sets this hotel apart is how people-oriented it is. The manager genuinely cares about every aspect of the guest experience from the rooms and kitchens to the pools and overall atmosphere. This level of attention creates a warm and welcoming environment throughout the entire property. One of the most positive aspects is the all-inclusive offering. The price covers everything from access to both indoor and outdoor pools, to a well-maintained sauna, and an impressive kitchen that serves a wide variety of delicious European cuisine. The food is fresh and abundant, with plenty of fruits, vegetables, and meats. You can enjoy an early breakfast or a late dinner thanks to the extended dining hours, which is incredibly convenient for families. Although the hotel is not new, it’s very well maintained. Our room had everything we needed, including a beautiful beach view. It may lack premium drinks at the all-inclusive bar, but this wasn’t an issue for me, as I prefer clean water over sugary sodas or juices. That said, there was beer, vodka, and wine available and the rosé wine was quite nice. I also noticed that many guests were enjoying the poolside bar. The most outstanding part of our stay was the hotel staff, especially the manager. They went above and beyond for us. We checked in late, and they kindly set aside dinner for my family. When I asked about a late check-out, the manager graciously offered a discount and made it possible for us. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The thoughtful service, great food, and family-friendly atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable.

The location is great — very close to the beach. However, the hotel could have been a bit cleaner, and the food was hit or miss — some meals were quite average. Parking was also paid, which wasn’t ideal. Additionally, the pool closes rather early (at 6 PM), which was a bit disappointing. Still, overall it was a good experience.

Im here with my dad, they never cleaned our room. The lifequard SCREAMED at my dad for putting a towel over a sunbed. Maid called me dirty for having ”too much trash on a table” in my own room. Overall, the location is nice. Here are not enough staff, so the dining place is quite dirty. Food is good here. Staff screams at families with children…
