Hotel Shiva Sanctuary

We booked 15 rooms in June 2025. The property is spacious and clean. Service is quick and staff is polite and cooperative. Food choices are limited in buffet but quality and taste are good. Washrooms and rooms are well maintained. Only negative is the property is a bit offside. The staff of the hotel genuinely deserves an increment/bouns for the services and qualities they offer.

rooms were good but need more improvements. bedding and towels required to be more clean and hygienic. Sharif has done very good job and he immediately served our request and always ready to serve us. keep up the good work

While the location is undeniably peaceful, offering a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle, the overall stay was disappointing due to several factors. ### **Location – Serene and Peaceful** The hotel is situated in a tranquil area, which is a definite plus for those looking to unwind. The surroundings are calm, making it a good spot for relaxation. However, a good location alone cannot make up for the shortcomings in service and hospitality. ### **Staff – Uncooperative and Unhelpful** One of the biggest letdowns was the **staff's attitude**. There was **zero cooperation**, and they seemed indifferent to guests' needs. Any request felt like a burden to them, and their lack of responsiveness made the stay frustrating. Hospitality is a key aspect of any hotel experience, and unfortunately, this place failed miserably in that regard. ### **Rooms – Lacking Comfort and Coziness** The rooms did not feel cozy at all. The ambiance was dull, and there was nothing inviting about the space. A hotel room should provide a sense of warmth and comfort, but here, it felt cold and unwelcoming. ### **Food – Disappointing Meals** - **Dinner** was **pathetic**—poor quality, lacking taste, and not worth the price. - **Breakfast** was mediocre. The only edible option was **bread and butter**, which is far from a fulfilling meal. A good breakfast sets the tone for the day, but here, it was just another disappointment. ### **Overall Experience – Failed Expectations** I had high hopes for this stay, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience. However, **DLS Shiv Sanctuary failed to meet even basic expectations**. The **poor service, uncomfortable rooms, and subpar food** made it a regrettable choice. Would I recommend this place? **Not at all.** Unless the management takes serious steps to improve their service, food quality, and overall hospitality, I would advise travelers to look for better alternatives.
