Beautiful place in the mountains with amazing rooms and service. Lots of free amenities beyond just in-room toiletries. Relaxing onsen with free milk and ice cream for after the onsen, and lots of nice snacks for guests at no extra charge. Came on a rainy day unfortunately but even so it's worth it.

Sierra hotel is a winter utopia, the breakfast buffet served a sumptuous breakfast with an array of fresh fruits, pastries, and hot entrees. The immaculate rooms were the epitome of decadence. The youth recreation ground was an idyll for the children, we heartily propose for people to come here. We hope to return to this winter heaven.

Great place to stay for families, very quite and plenty of amenities. Staff service was awesome too. One of our favorite perks is the free flow snacks, light meal and drinks throughout the day. Our room looked recently renovated. Very functionally designed and felt upscale too. The onsite big bath (Onsen) was really good as well with the after baths milk, ice cream/ popsicles included. Got three private onsen as well - need to book online tho. The French Restaurant exceeded our expectations as well. Had all our dinners there with three small kids. Worth the extra bucks vs trying to figure out where to eat. Hotel location is secluded from Hakuba restaurants area. One note to share is that you have to walk outdoor (covered) for about 40m-50m between main building and guest rooms building which can be quite cold and slippery during winter.
