I cannot imagine a better place to stay during a visit to Oaxaca! This quiet, clean, pleasant hotel is staffed by the most delightful and helpful people you can imagine! Adrianna, Liz, Paola, and the rest of the staff went to extremes to make our stay as delightful as it could be. The restaurant is staffed by the most respectful, kind, and efficient waiters and cooks who serve and make delicious meals! Here's a very important bit of info: there is NO BETTER COFFEE than in this little restaurant! The rooms have air conditioners and are otherwise very well appropriated for a very comfortable place to sleep. The shower is big, water is hot, and everything is clean and pleasant. There is a gorgeous courtyard/garden around which all rooms are situated and at which you can look from the table and chairs outside of every room. The hotel location is perfect for easy walking access to restaurants, galleries, el centro - where there is no better people watching, street vendors, markets...If you are planning a visit to Oaxaca, you would do yourself a big favor to stay at Hotel Siglio! We will most definitely return there!!

We really loved our stay here. Hotel Siglo is the perfect launch pad to explore Oaxaca from. Breakfast and Jazz Café is right next door, and the courtyard is so lovely to look out on to. Service is friendly, helpful, and warm. The architecture is interesting and we were really happy we stayed here!

This hotel per pictures looked upscale and high quality, but in reality has very limited amenities, sparsely appointed rooms with flaurescent lights and (pardon me) smelly bathrooms. Location is superb, but don't look for anything other than a great location and a comfortable bed to sleep in. Mercifully there was an espresso shop downstairs where you can buy coffee. Pool was cold and the place needs work to charge the prices we were charged. It felt empty of guests other than us.
