Hotel Sikaa

Wonderful hotel in all respects, big new room, all amenities worked well, super friendly staff, and a hot breakfast every morning cooked to order. I was upgraded to a larger room with view of the port, comfortable bed, good AC and quiet. You will enjoy this hotel I am sure.

The room has a great view of Trogir, even while sitting in bed. My main complaint is the air conditioner fan makes a rattling noise and I could not fall asleep without ear plugs.

Bad service and not meeting the expectations for a 4 star hotel. Also, due to a misstanke from their side, our room was unlocked for 8h until we noticed coming back to the hotel at midnight! Anyone could have just walked in and taken anything from our room, passports and all. The guy checking us in had forgot to give us an actual key and tell us to lock the door with that. The keycard we got was apparently only for the lights. The guy in the reception had an attitude and didn’t even bother to say sorry for their mistake. Never experienced such bad service. This is not a 4 star hotel in my opinion! Rooms are not at all looking like the pictures, windows don’t close, floors are scratched and dirty, drain in shower is clogged. Would never recommend anyone staying here.
