Hotel Silken Reino de Aragón

Great size rooms. Easy Checkin experience. Beautiful reception area. Bar / restaurant good size with great ambiance and lovely staff. Location is excellent for nearby attractions and close to all amenities. Highly recommend

I left a backpack in the room and left to Barcelona. The front desk person (I apologize for not remembering his name ) called me and made arrangement for my bag to be sent over and everything was so smooth. I really recommend this place they are top notch quality

Unfortunately, everything was very mediocre for a 4-star hotel, except for the guy who greeted us upon arrival but he was the only one. Otherwise, we were treated like second-class citizens simply because we had tattoos, or we're Italian—we really don't know. Behaviours and sentences that even hinted at our lifestyle, like when we asked if we could smoke a cigarette on the terrace (many people would have done just that without even asking), we were told "yes, but only smoking"... read that response for yourself. I wouldn't recommend it unless you like feeling uncomfortable every time you interact with the staff. The gym is barely adequate. To be true and respectful to ourselfs we can't give more than one star.
