We have a great experience overall but would like to mention certain aspects that might be minus or at least to be prepared for. + swimming pools and thermal pools variety is great, also very well equipped saunas. We have also opted for a massage during our stay and Dori was amazing( Thank you ❤️) + we have a family room and it was spacious with everything equipped + staff members are great and very helpful + breakfast and dinner is great with various options for everyone + indoor playground that has many different varieties of toys, bikes , activities, board games and many more -smoking is not permitted on the balcony and you always had to go downstairs and stay on a chair in the boiling sun - you will have to buy the drinks at the restaurant during your meal -parking is possible at the hotel but is not included in the price of the accommodation -prices at the pool bar / outside terrace are very high ( you will pay at the end of your stay and is quite a shock as not every receipt we have signed , as you should 😅) Overall experience was great and i would recommend this hotel!

My favourite spa hotel, I’ve been here 3 times, what makes me always come back: great food (breakfasts and dinners), spa (unique thermal water), cozy rooms, and live music during the weekend. They also provide some medical services (ultrasound, laser, massage).

We really enjoyed our stay in this hotel! The service is polite and nice. We usually approach people with respect, politeness and smiles, so we never encountered any rude behavior here. Everyone was super helpful and nice. The food was amazingly delicious! We enjoyed it so much! There is a great selection of dishes for any taste. As soon as the tray gets empty, it gets quickly refilled. The rooms were simple, but clean. You get what you see on the pictures. We would definitely want to come back. Thank you very much!
