Wonderful hotel, large rooms, great wellness area, fantastic service, everything you could want and more.
It is a traditional Swiss style hotel. It is very comfortable and comfortable. The surroundings are very beautiful, but the flies fly in the restaurant. The road to Interlaken was beautiful.
We booked a room for 2 without balcony for 2 nights. Room was pretty basic, with some smaller issues. However during the first night we were kept awake by a humming sound. Most horrible night ever in a hotel. We couldn't sleep not even with ear plugs. A friend of ours stayed in the room next to us, same experience. So we went to the reception an explained the situation. First reaction was that this is what you should expect when you book a cheaper room (with out balcony and mountain view). It took quite some effort to convince hotel management to offer us new rooms. During the rest of our stay they were pretty 'icecold'.
