Hotel Sirenetta

Stayed here for 1 night after a few days in Marsala. Rooms good size with beautiful view of the mountains. Pool was nice and relaxing. Despite the bar being closed the staff were more than happy to get you drinks. Special thank you to Jessica who was lovely to deal with and provided excellent customer service. Would definitely return.

Hotel Sirenetta is a fantastic little, seaside hotel. The pool is spotless, the staff are incredibly helpful and the location is perfect!!! In addition to all this, the hotel restaurant is amazing!! We had some of the best food of our week in Sicily right here!!!

The worst hotel we have ever stayed in. The breakfast was bad. Not much to choose from besides sweets and cakes. The hotel was a couple of times closed due to events, which apparently were more important than their own hotel guests. The staff was very unfriendly. While checking out they wanted to force us to pay double for the hotel room eventhough it was paid through booking.com prior arrival. When we tried to explain that, they got mad and denied it without even checking up what we said. After we said we won’t pay a second time, they checked it up and indeed saw that we already have paid it.
