Hotel Skal

I have been in many 4 stars hotels but dont think this hotel deserves 4 star. The menu is soo poor, food is average you have to remind them every day to clean your room and change your towels. I believe in every hotels the receptionist should be able to speak English but they can only speak German and Polish might be the ine of if could understand English. Outside playground hasn't been cleaned especially these pandemic times is should need extra care. We were the last leaving the restaurant most of the times because it takes ages with the kids and one of the waiter lady looks wasn't happy that looking at us come on leave here we are closing type.

The 2 wonderful Nepalese waiters who do a fantastic job of looking after everyone at breakfast should get a free day off! I know managers are constantly reading reviews, so here's hoping these guys will be rewarded. Seriously, these 2 gems are the best the hotel has! Most others are frosty. Doesn't hurt to smile. Seek out these gems and learn to smile. Might even help fatten the bosses profits.

Overpriced, smelly jacuzzi, rooms still dirty after cleaning.lack of communication between staff. Place has cleaning company probably outsourced who does lousy job.limited very limited choice of food. Playground 20 years old. Deffinitelly will not go there again! No bin in the room askin3 times still not received. Sauna stinked! Money payed like for luxury 4 star hotel in Turkey. Please do not waste money. Hotels very near to skal worth exploring Janosik Max and Lambert. Hotel does not deserve 4 stars 2 and a half max.
