Hotel Skansen Båstad

The smile says it all. Enjoyed the spa and restaurant. Great overall hotel experience. Villa style room for those with dogs. She was welcome in an adequate amount of places (not the sandy area of the beach and some parts of the restaurant). Also love the Skandinavisk toiletries everywhere. Lovely town for tennis fans and beach bums.

Amazing stay. Comfort on every level. Sauna house is a must experience, tranquility at its best. Make sure to dip into the sea even for a second, it’s not only relaxing but it grounds you and renews your whole being. We got a sea view room on the top floor and the view was amazing, bed comfortable, it was quiet, and lots of open closet space. Upstairs rooftop bar is also a must, what I thought was their infinity pool in the photos, is actually a huge infinity jacuzzi, incredible. I spend hours reading at the roof top relaxation room as well. Staff was wonderful, but we would like to specifically recognize Gabriel at the front desk for going out of his way to make sure that we have a pleasant stay, putting guests first.

Great place to stay, friendly and nice service. Recommend the spa and the rooftop, both with the pool and then having a drink in a lounger with a great view. Would come again.
