Room was great. Location perfect. Parking possible. Food delicious. I had a great time. And for sure I will come back again.

Overall, a good hotel — just what I would expect from a 5-star stay. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was tasty, though it didn’t change during my three-night stay. A complimentary bottle of water or two in the room would’ve been a nice touch. One thing that really disappointed me was the valet parking service. When I got my car back after a few days in their parking lot, it was covered in pine needles, bird poop, and resin spots. Frankly speaking, I was shocked. Even after washing, some faded marks were left on the paint. I understand that nature is unpredictable and you can’t stop seagulls or trees, but I didn’t expect my car to be returned in that condition — especially not from a paid valet service at a big 5-star hotel. A bit more care or covered parking would really improve the experience.

Pleasant hotel. Minor problems with water in the bathroom and with a small number of elevators. The pool is OK, the sauna did not work. They tried to charge for the mini bar even though it was not used. Since we were in a group, we heard from other members that they had the same problem. I forgot a bag with some gifts and my credentials, and even though I sent an inquiry right away, they claimed nothing was found.
