Had a pleasant stay near the airport. The staff were very friendly and cooperative, making the experience smooth and comfortable. Roadside parking and cab services were conveniently available. The complimentary breakfast (with eligible bookings) was a nice touch. In-room dining exceeded expectations — the food tasted like it came from a top restaurant. Kudos to the chef! Overall, a great experience and would definitely recommend.
I was new to the hotel! And I booked two rooms which was for 1500 for one room for two night! And when I was about to check out form the hotel at 11:pm there was one boy from the counter he stop me and asked 750INR for gst and that was totally fraud he took the money from me. After one and half hour I stop there and argued with him about the money he took lastly he was afraid that I was about to complain to the higher authorities he call me me ask for my scanner and gave back the money. Kindly look into this matter they are trying to loot the innocent people who don’t have clue about GST.
Worst experience at this hotel. Don’t book at all. Food was not fresh. Reception guy was rude. Location is odd. One star is to add review only. Room was cozy n dirty. We were 4 people n assigned room was very small, we changed it after argument. Not a good experience at all.
