We decided to have a family vacation at the seaside, we chose the Sofgrand hotel, where our relatives had already vacationed We are the first in this hotel, the atmosphere is good, the staff is polite, the rooms and the whole hotel are clean Swimming pool, jacuzzi, the water is always clean and warm The food is delicious, the selection is very large, the products are always fresh, and what delicious pastries! I would like to say a huge thank you to all the staff, the maids Natalia and Marina, the cooks, the animator Artem, with whom the children are always involved in games lifeguard Nikolai, who keeps an eye on the pool, where everything is fine anyway Svetlana, who works at the bar, the administrator, security, manager Elena You have a very good and friendly team and this is great, once again a huge thank you to everyone, such a team should have a good leader, I wish everyone health, strength, prosperity, only kind people can work in such a friendly team The vacation was a blast I want to note that we liked everything so much, our family extended the vacation for another 2 days

Today we returned home from this wonderful place, we didn’t want to leave! The hotel itself is modern, cleanliness is carefully monitored, the room has everything you need, bathrobes, towels for the shower and beach are different, there is a hairdryer and bathrobes. The hotel has its own large and small heated pool, a children's club for kids and a playground with a trampoline. There is a bar, you can take beer, wine (3 types), lemonade, snacks (toast, corn, cookies). Children are given ice cream. The food is a buffet, the food is very tasty and varied, you want to try everything. The hotel has its own beach, transfers every half hour, during rush hours they met us halfway and traveled more often. On the beach there are sun loungers under a canopy, a bar with beer, lemonade, ice cream and hot dogs. The most important thing in a hotel is entertainment! Exercises, water gymnastics, water games with children, water polo tournament, beach volleyball, disco in the evenings for children and adults. Many thanks to the couple Veronica and Artyom for the atmosphere at the pool! I would especially like to mention Vitaly for the fun games for adults (Darts and cups) - we had a good laugh! There is also entertainment for teenagers, conducted by a separate animator, also Artyom, many thanks to him, he taught us how to play mafia, the whole group played games in the evenings))) Guys, thank you all so much, to the administrators and cleaning ladies and the cool bartenders Artyom, Vlad, Alina, Veronica, the rescue guys, and everyone who made our stay there comfortable! You are great! We are happy and we will definitely come back!!!

Привет Sofgrand! Привет читатели, отдыхали с 3.07 по 13.07 2взр-2дет (4-5лет) Отель крутой, перед покупкой читали много отзывов, в основном негативных, что могу сказать ничего такого не заметили. Теперь по факту: При входе приветливый персонал, в принципе как и везде в отеле! Лифты ездят по своему настроению, нас это никак не огорчило, наоборот знакомились с семьями со всей страны! Номера очень чистые, убирают хоть каждый день по требованию, персонал очень вежливый! Спускаемся вниз, чистый тёплый бассейн, как для детей, так и для взрослых. Детки в легушатнике, очень удобно. Лежаки, зонты все предусмотрено. АНИМАЦИЯЯЯ!))) Ребята отрабатывают на 100% не буду выделять кого-то чтобы не было обидно, мы много раз были за границей есть с чем сравнить! Детьми занимаются весь день, игры, аквагрим, песни пляски и тд до самого вечера. Взрослых развлекают не слабее, держат в тонусе,, ВШУУХ ВШУУХ, кто был и будет тот поймет))) Вечером песни на заказ) В течении дня активных не оставят в покое, дартц, водное поло много чем занимают, крутяк короче! Теперь по кухне, все очень вкусно разнообразно: супы, гарниры, вторые блюда, овощи и фрукты все в ассортименте. Каждый день меняется. Ребятки официанты дополняют без остановки, умнички, нет никаких ограничений, спасибо вам за ваш труд! Бар у бассейна позитив да и только! В завершение моё личное мнение, как откроют аэропорт в Анапе прилетим скорее только сюда! Всему коллективу Sofgrand спасибо! Вы крутые ребята!
