This hotel is just beautiful. Simple and elegant at the same time, with very pleasant garden and water fountains. Beautiful rooms and beds. Very quiet and close to the main tourist attractions. Restaurant open all day, with spectacular breakfast served in a beautiful dining room, or wherever you want within the hotel premises. Courteous and helpful staff. A place to visit more than once

Old world charm in this luxurious mountainous setting of Petropolis. The hotel's rooms are spacious, elegant and come with all amenities; the grounds are manicured to perfection! All the staff, from the reception, dining, kitchen and housekeeping are in tune to every guest's every needs, all day, everyday. Swimming in the indoor or outdoor pools, relaxing in the sauna or just strolling through the gardens or into town will give you memories for a lifetime. The hotel is centrally located and only minutes parks, churches and is in the historic area. The food is well prepared with local culinary delights. My simple breakfast was ham, egg and cheese toast, local fresh papaya, rolls with fresh butter and orange zest (marmalade) and a cup of fresh-brewed twinings Breakfast tea. This destination should definitely be on your list of get aways!

Relaxing, easy going, clean. A simple hotel set in an old building but one that provides good service. I expect to stay again. Nice grounds, good room. Excellent shower facilities. Great coffee. Reasonable food. Nice to sit outside in the covered are. Just a pleasant place to stay. 👍👍
